Hotel a North Branch

“The staff is awesome, from the front desk to the shuttle driver. The bathrooms are beautiful and the rooms spacious. The towels are soft and the complimentary bottled water is a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Breakfast was fresh and lots to choice from. Laundry was expensive and they needed a sink to wash your hands. Vending machine was also expensive and had to keep asking for change back that wasn't given back. Didn't like that I wasn't all the way checked out and the cleaning guy was in my room already. ”

“The place was OK. It was clean, except for the breakfast area that needed an attendant to clean tables. I recommend breakfast at an alternative location. Front desk attendant could use a smile. The property was clean, and the bed was comfortable.”

“Place was dirty, felt unsafe and smelled like cigarette smoke . Should not be listed on Expedia ! We would never stay in a place like this and we did not end up checking in. We went to another hotel for the night.”

“The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!”

“Putting work into the property, clean”

“The room was clean. I had to plug everything in when I arrived. I was so excited to go sit in the hot tub after my long trip only to discover it hadn’t worked in over 2 years! Very disappointing so if that is a must for you, don’t book this hotel. The free breakfast was a bunch of cereal that looked a couple months old the usual waffle maker and packaged pastries. Very unappetizing. Overall, it was quiet and I never saw any staff after check in.”

“Clean environment”

“Staff were polite, parking was fine. Hotel is showing its wear. They are trying to update but not well finished. Hallway carpet was dirty. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Main part of room was clean, but corners and woodwork could use a better cleaning.”

“We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...
